Buyer Responsibilities
Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately
of the examination results by e-mail or certified mail. The failure of this will result in cancellation of the guarantee.
Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
Annul physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.
Health Guarantee;
This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely
affects the health of the animal. this includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dogs movement and natural gait
and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a s severe life threatening or
altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame the buyer will pay to have the dog autopsied to
ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. This does not cover what in the breed is
considered normal.
All items in this guarantee are for replacement only. We do not give refunds.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to
the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
BUYERS INITALS________
As of this date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming. The buyer has been informed of
these and of future vaccinations and worming due. This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough,
which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by a bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like
the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on it's own is not life
threatening. So, if you decide you must ship your puppy then you have been made aware of these consicquences.
I the Seller do not recommend shipping a puppy at any cost!
The puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replace as follows:
1. The animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business
days of the licensed veterinarian's determinations.
2. Must have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem.
3. Upon proof from the veterinarians the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
4. A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a
replacement puppy.
5. NO REFUND, IN PART OR IN FULL WILL BE GIVEN.
A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other that the specific problem, at the buyer's
expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. This quarantee applies to the original puppy only and is
nontransferable to a second party. NO replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered,
or euthanized without seller's permission. The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and
will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of
the original puppy. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies,
thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Any
physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. There is no gurarantee
or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. This
contract supersedes any and all previous agreement.
This contract is null an void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of
Oklahoma, in the county of Canadian.
It is agreed that the place of venue shall by in Canadian county, Oklahoma.
DELIVERY: No puppy will be shipped until seller is aware of the potential dangers of shipping, transportation of
puppy will be between eight to 12 weeks of age. Most will be picked up or transported by me at buyers expense unless
other arrangements are made prior to sale.
If at any time you decide you can not keep the dog for what ever reason. I want the dog to come back to me to place it
in a new forever home. Iwill not resale any dog given back to me for a new proper home. I do not want my dogs to
end up in shelters or in rescue. I will help you find a new and forever home for your Puppy if something happens that
warrants the return of said, puppy.
